Cynthia W. Trice is an attorney who holds an LL.M in Child and Family law, which is a degree that designates advanced education and expertise in family law. Attorney Trice is also a certified mediator which allows more opportunities to resolve a family law case in an amicable manner. She has also practiced family law, personal injury law, social security law, and traffic law in all of the court jurisdictions in Missouri and most of Illinois. After graduating summa cum laude from Meramec College and Webster University with a perfect 4.0 out of 4.0 from both schools, becoming an attorney was a singular focus. As a member of the Phi Theta Kappa, Tau Sigma, and Lambda Epsilon Chi honor societies, and the first recipient of the prestigious Nancy Simmons Superior Achievement in Legal Studies Award, she was a scholar of the law prior to law school. After receiving her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, and obtaining licenses in Missouri & Illinois, she was employed for years by two prestigious law firms in the Missouri area. In 2025, she earned an LL.M in Child and Family Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and in the top 10% of the graduating class.
